We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and efficient individual who is passionate about problem-solving and committed to providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Delivery Routing:
Utilize LTL-specific routing software to route deliveries for 20+ P&D drivers throughout Wisconsin & Northern Illinois Ensure delivery appointments will be met, and shipments will be delivered in a timely manner
Dock Supervision:
Provide dock personnel with loading manifests based on inbound freight from terminals throughout the Midwest Communicate with dock to identify any over, short, and/or damaged freight
Driver Management:
Collect and scan required Linehaul driver paperwork into computer system Distribute required placards to drivers transporting hazardous materials Adjust routing for driver tardiness and call-ins Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in an office environment required Operations experience in logistics required LTL transportation experience strongly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Why Join Us?
