Job Description
Warehouse Manager Assistant Shift:
1st, (8am-4pm)
Pay:
$20/hr (Based on experience) We are seeking a motivated and organized Warehouse Manager Assistant to support the daily operations of our shipping and receiving warehouse facility.
Perform tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
Assist with overseeing daily warehouse operations and workflow.
Help coordinate and delegate duties to production team members as directed.
Process, prepare, scan, and label daily customer orders.
Perform light administrative and office duties under the supervision of management.
Manage and maintain accurate inventory counts and records.
Inspect products and identify defective items before shipment.
Maintain stock lists and assist with ordering office and warehouse supplies.
Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently to meet shipping deadlines.
Qualification:
Previous warehouse experience required.
Experience with order processing, including:
Bills of Lading (BOL)
Packing Lists
Advance Shipping Notices (ASN)
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn company systems and processes.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
