Job Description

Delivery Team Member Schroll Cabinets Inc. is a leading manufacturer of custom cabinetry in the Rocky Mountain Region, serving both the commercial and residential construction industries. We are seeking dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our delivery team. As a Delivery Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring our finished cabinetry is accurately loaded, safely transported, and delivered to customers. You will also assist with warehouse operations and inventory management while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Load and secure cabinet orders onto delivery trucks according to the daily delivery schedule. Verify that all products listed on delivery paperwork are loaded accurately and accounted for before departure. Transport and safely unload cabinetry at customer homes or job sites, placing products in designated locations such as garages or inside residences. Provide courteous, professional, and respectful customer service during every delivery. Assist with routine truck inspections and complete all required delivery documentation. Support warehouse operations, including stocking inventory and preparing orders for shipment. Train to serve as a backup delivery driver as needed. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Qualifications Ability to safely lift, carry, and move finished cabinetry and other heavy materials. Physically capable of performing the essential duties of the position. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and willingness to learn. Ability to follow instructions, work efficiently, and pay close attention to detail. Customer-service oriented with a professional demeanor. Delivery, warehouse, construction, or material-handling experience is a plus, but motivated individuals willing to learn are encouraged to apply. Compensation Hourly pay is based on relevant experience.
