Logistics Operations Manager We are seeking a hands-on leader to oversee daily operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities - Logistics Operations Manager Lead the day-to-day operations of the terminal, including freight receiving, loading, unloading, staging, dispatch, and delivery coordination. Supervise and provide direction to a team of approximately five drivers responsible for transporting and handling freight. Coordinate employee schedules, monitor attendance, and manage daily staffing needs. Promote efficient operations while maintaining high standards of productivity and customer service. Track operational performance and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency. Work closely with departments such as Human Resources, Safety, Finance, Customer Service, and Sales to support overall business operations. Ensures safety and compliance with
