Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to lead our parts department and keep operations running smoothly. This person will be responsible for inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and supporting the service department with the parts they need to keep work moving. The right candidate will have prior dealership parts experience, strong inventory management skills, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operation of the parts department Manage inventory, ordering, returns, and stock levels Work closely with the service department to make sure technicians have needed parts Maintain relationships with OEM and aftermarket vendors Monitor obsolescence, inventory accuracy, and department performance Supervise shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization Train and support parts department staff Help ensure a high level of service for both internal and external customers Qualifications Previous automotive parts management experience required Dealership experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of inventory control, parts ordering, and vendor management Experience with dealership systems and inventory software Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities This is a great opportunity for someone who knows how to run a parts department, build a strong team, and support a busy service operation.

From $90,000.00 per year
