Job Description

Our client is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Supply Chain to lead and strengthen a critical function within a well-established manufacturing organization. This leader will have the opportunity to shape forecasting, procurement, production planning, inventory strategy, and supplier performance while partnering directly with executive leadership to drive measurable operational results.

Compensation:
$115,000-$130,000 base salary
DOE + 20
% annual bonus potential, based equally on individual and company performance
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead supply chain, procurement, production planning, and fulfillment strategy Develop forecasting models and align material requirements with production and sales Strengthen supplier relationships and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms Drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining supplier service and quality Monitor inventory, material availability, distribution, and supplier KPIs Lead, coach, and develop supply chain team members Partner with organizational leaders to improve processes and implement change What You'll Need to
Be Considered:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field 4+ years of experience leading a supply chain function and managing people Demonstrated success partnering with senior organizational leaders Strong sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, and contract negotiation knowledge Highly structured, analytical, detail-oriented leadership approach CSCP, SCOR-P, CPSM, or Master's degree is highly preferred Apply Now!
