Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to lead our inventory control and supply chain operations. In this role, you will oversee warehouse distribution, optimize inventory levels, and ensure seamless coordination across procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams. Your expertise will drive process improvements, enhance data analytics capabilities, and support strategic sourcing initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence operational efficiency and contribute to the overall success of our supply chain ecosystem. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day inventory operations across 150+/- SKUs, including apparel, scented home products, and accessories. Maintain accurate stock counts through regular cycle counts and periodic full physical inventories: reconcile discrepancies. Oversee receiving, inspection, and putaway of incoming merchandise and raw materials. Coordinate and/or assemble VIP packs and sticker packs, managing componet inventory separately from finished goods. Set and maintian par levels, reorder points, and safety stock to prevent stockouts during peak season. Manage warehouse layout and rack organizaton to optimize space and picking efficiency. Oversee pick, pack, and ship operations for fulfillment. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse distribution, logistics inventory management, or supply chain management with a strong understanding of warehouse operations. Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform financial analysis, root cause analysis, and develop data-driven solutions. Knowledge of demand planning techniques using MRP systems or similar tools; familiarity with retail or e-commerce environments is a plus. Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and process documentation. Ability to perform math-based analysis for pricing strategies, financial modeling, and inventory control metrics. From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
