Job Description To provide operational direction for methods, policies and procedures for all activities that support delivery of quality, cost effective services for central sterile services. To provide oversight for clinical sterilization standards and regulatory compliance. To implement and evaluate all activities related to instrument processing and sterilization. To manage budget development and monitor adherence to same. To provide supervision for staff. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field and six (6) years of experience working in a sterile processing department required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement. Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) and Certified Healthcare Leader (CHL) certifications required.
