In your role as a Logistics Support Lead - Production Control, you will support the AMCOM Field Maintenance Activity team at Redstone Arsenal. You will provide day-to-day direction and supervision of personnel supporting production control and logistics requirements across assigned programs. You will coordinate workload, monitor production status, support material and repair planning, and develop logistics processes, reports, and presentations to ensure mission requirements are completed efficiently and on schedule.Primary duties include:
Providing daily direction and supervision of Production Control personnel. Planning, coordinating, and tracking maintenance and production workloads. Monitoring work orders, priorities, schedules, and production status. Coordinating material requirements, procurements, repair parts, and supply support. Supporting logistics, supply chain, repair planning, and warehouse operations. Identifying production delays, material shortages, and other issues affecting mission requirements. Developing and maintaining logistics processes, status reports, metrics, and presentations. Coordinating with maintenance teams, warehouse personnel, procurement, and program leadership. Ensuring production and logistics activities are properly documented and reported. Other duties as assigned.Experience and Skills:
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 6 years of logistics experience working across multiple functional areas. Experience with production control, logistics, supply chain management, material procurement, repair planning, or warehouse operations. Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred. Ability to analyze workload, priorities, and production data. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Must possess a Secret Security Clearance.From:
