Responsibilities Develop and execute detailed production schedules aligned with customer demands, capacity constraints, and inventory targets using ERP systems such as SAP. Monitor daily production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and delivery timelines. Utilize manufacturing management systems to analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements leveraging Lean manufacturing principles. Coordinate with supply chain teams to optimize material flow, manage inventory levels through MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and support supply chain analytics initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement projects utilizing Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Oversee plant management functions including resource allocation, process standardization, and performance tracking through Excel data analysis. Foster a culture of lean management by promoting best practices in manufacturing management, process improvement, and team leadership across the production floor. Skills Proven experience in production management within manufacturing environments with a focus on assembly processes. Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms for production planning and scheduling. Expertise in MRP systems, supply chain management, and supply chain analytics to streamline operations. Skilled in lean manufacturing techniques, Six Sigma tools, and continuous improvement strategies. Excellent team leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams toward shared goals. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process documentation. Effective communication skills in both Korean and English to facilitate seamless collaboration across diverse teams. Deep understanding of quality control standards and plant management practices to uphold operational excellence.
