Full-Time About the Position We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Manager to join our team in Little Rock! This position is responsible for purchasing and managing machines, accessories, parts, and consumable supplies while helping ensure accurate inventory, purchasing, shipping, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable communicating with vendors and internal teams, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy. Strong attention to detail and basic computer and spreadsheet skills are important for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Purchase machines, accessories, parts, and consumable supplies. Communicate with vendors and manufacturers regarding pricing, availability, and purchasing information. Research and negotiate pricing to identify cost-effective purchasing opportunities. Receive, inspect, organize, and inventory products upon delivery. Create and fulfill customer sales orders for parts and consumable products. Prepare and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently. Record shipping information and tracking numbers for all outbound packages. Maintain accurate inventory records using company inventory control software. Keep parts and consumables organized, accessible, and properly accounted for. Create and maintain spreadsheets for department expenses, warranty credits, machine-related invoices, and purchasing activity. Complete weekly and monthly expense reports based on purchasing history and department expenditures. Research cost-effective shipping options for returns and other logistics needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts and work area. Assist with answering incoming phone calls and directing calls as needed. Work closely with sales representatives and vendors to identify pricing opportunities, product availability, and purchasing solutions. Assist with other duties as needed to support the Parts and Service Departments. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and customer service skills. Comfortable communicating with vendors, manufacturers, sales staff, and other team members. Basic computer skills and the ability to work with spreadsheets. Ability to learn inventory control and order management software. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Previous experience in purchasing, inventory, shipping, parts management, or a similar role is preferred. Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
