Job Description
DESCRIPTION
This position is #Hybrid in the Rogers, AR office. You will leverage Walmart's Scintilla data and proprietary tools to optimize in-store and omnichannel performance, reinforcing Acosta's position as a Walmart Preferred Service Provider. Provide strategic leadership , support associate growth, and cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning—fully aligned with our core values.RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Analytics Strategy- Drive predictive analytics, category management, and client-facing insights using Scintilla data to support Walmart PSP goals and CPG objectives. Client Engagement
- Represent BI Services in client meetings and business reviews, delivering impactful presentations and strategic recommendations. Team Development
- Mentor and train team members on proprietary tools, AI-driven analytics, and Scintilla integration. Manage performance reviews and development plans. Technology & Tools
- Ensure access to advanced platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, IRI, NielsenIQ) and lead upskilling in emerging technologies. Insight Generation
- Oversee data integration and visualization to produce actionable insights and cross-functional presentations. Omnichannel & Supply Chain Expertise
- Advise clients on Walmart Connect, eCommerce, and supply chain metrics like OTIF and on-shelf availability. Reporting & Alignment
- Report progress and impact to the VP of BI, ensuring alignment with the Acosta Group's strategic goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Work Experience Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years' experience in supply chain/replenishment, customer logistics, or comparable background from CPG/retail. Experience leading teams that partner with Walmart on behalf of supplier organizations (agency/PSP or direct supplier). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 7-10 years of experience in customer supply chain/replenishment with 3+ years in a leadership role within CPG or retail. Proven success building and leading high‑performing replenishment/CPFR teams serving supplier clients that sell through Walmart. Expertise in CPFR, OTIF, SQEP, ASN/EDI, and deduction prevention; practical experience with modular timing and seasonal/promo planning. Advanced proficiency with Scintilla, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau); ability to translate diagnostics into action. Excellent communication and presentation skills for client engagements and cross‑functional alignment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloud‑based analytics platforms; experience training teams on emerging technologies.
