Logistics Supervisor The Impact You'll Make Danfoss is seeking a dynamic and motivated Logistics Supervisor to join our world-class team at our Searcy, AR location. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be the driving force behind our daily logistics operations. What You'll Be Doing As a key member of our supply chain team, you will have the opportunity to:

Lead & Inspire:

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment. At least 1 year of experience leading and developing a team. A genuine passion for creating a safe and efficient workplace.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience with lean manufacturing, production planning, and supply chain management.
