This Logistics Manager will oversee transportation and logistics operations, ensuring efficient deliveries, effective route planning, driver coordination, and cost management. This is a direct hire position that is fully on site in West Phoenix, paying $70K-$75K per year depending on experience, with interviews taking place this week. • Dispatch and manage a team of drivers to ensure safe and on-time deliveries.
• Manage driver schedules, availability, and daily routes.
• Coach and support drivers to improve performance and address issues as needed.
• Monitor deliveries, troubleshoot problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Step in as a backup driver when needed.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and updates.
• Work with HR, Safety, Billing, and other departments as needed.

Required:

• 3-5+ years of Transportation & leadership
• Must have Management/leadership experience
• Must have experience building Standard Operating Procedures within Transportation/Logistics teams
