Inventory Supervisor Pay:
$23-$24/hour

Shift:
Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM Position Overview Seeking an experienced Inventory Supervisor to oversee inventory accuracy, warehouse workflow, and team performance in a fast-paced distribution environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee timely put-away of containers to maintain workflow Manage cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and labeling issues Monitor daily workload and communicate staffing needs to management Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable Address performance issues and workplace conflicts professionally Support the team during high-volume periods Requirements 2+ years of inventory, warehouse, or supervisory experience Strong experience with cycle counts and inventory accuracy Ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Hands-on experience operating a Cherry Picker ; assessment required Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to motivate a team and lead by example

Pay:
$23.00 - $24.00 per hour
