We provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation for airline crews across the U.S. — and we're looking for a hands-on, motivated Assistant Station Leader (ASL) to join our San Francisco (SFO) team! If you thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7/365 operation , excel at leading large, diverse teams, and are passionate about delivering service excellence, we want to meet you. What You'll Do Provide daily, hands-on leadership to the operations team ensuring safe, on-time, and efficient service. Partner with the Station Leader to manage staff scheduling, payroll accuracy, fleet readiness, and daily dispatch operations. Lead and motivate large teams of drivers and dispatchers to deliver "Raving Fan" service to airline clients. Monitor KPIs, budgets, and client satisfaction metrics to ensure operational excellence. Drive recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives to build high-performing teams. Uphold company safety, attendance, and communication policies at all times. Manage and track vehicle maintenance, inspections, and compliance documentation. What We're Looking For 2-3+ years of management experience in transportation, logistics, or similar operations (large-team leadership required). Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7/365 environment . Weekend and holiday availability is required. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work both in the office and in the field. Must be fluent in English and authorized to work in the U.S.
