Job Description

This position is responsible for overall logistics operations. The role leads communication with the Korean headquarters, 3PL partners, buyers, and logistics providers to ensure smooth inbound and outbound schedules, inventory flow, and cost management. Egongegong discovers outstanding Korean beauty brands and introduces them to the US market, playing a key role in successfully establishing them across both online and offline distribution channels. Our flagship brands include Rom&nd, VT, and Kahi, and we support a diverse portfolio of K-Beauty brands entering the US market. [SCM Coordinator] Inventory and Logistics Operations Management Manage inbound, outbound, and inventory transfer processes at 3PL logistics centers in the United States. Review and manage ERP-based inventory data to maintain inventory accuracy. Monitor inventory levels and respond proactively to prevent stock shortages or excess inventory. Develop outbound shipment plans based on customer order schedules and coordinate timelines with logistics centers. Identify and resolve issues that arise during logistics operations, such as inventory discrepancies, shipping errors, and delivery delays. Purchasing and Supply Operations Support Manage timelines from purchase order placement to inbound receipt and support supply planning. Collaborate with brands, logistics centers, and internal teams to support stable inventory operations. Manage sample shipments and marketing-related logistics schedules. Organize and manage logistics costs, transportation-related data, and operational metrics. Continuously seek ways to improve and build efficient operational processes. We are looking for someone with the following qualities and skills: Someone who can manage tasks with attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility. Someone who can prioritize multiple tasks and manage schedules effectively. Someone who enjoys identifying and solving problems. Someone who is proficient in Excel or Google Sheets. Someone who can collaborate with various stakeholders through clear and effective communication. The following experience would be a plus: Experience in logistics, inventory management, or purchasing operations. Experience using ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, or similar platforms. Experience working with 3PL partners or logistics centers. Experience in the consumer goods or beauty industry. Ability to communicate in business English. ※ This is an office-based position, not a warehouse floor role. This role focuses on building relationships with retail buyers and key accounts, while identifying opportunities to expand brand presence in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate is both relationship-driven and data-informed, with the ability to manage client relationships while supporting sales performance and operations. This is an on-site role with a flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM, and includes occasional travel. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive sales growth Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events Analyze sales performance, reports, and forecasts to support business decisions Coordinate product orders, monitor inventory levels, and manage distribution timelines Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives, promotions, and product launches Conduct product presentations, negotiate terms, and respond to client inquiries to strengthen partnerships Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or distribution industry.
