Manage logistics inventory control, demand forecasting analysis, and inventory demand planning to ensure optimal stock levels across all locations. Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement projects using methodologies like Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Lean management to streamline processes and eliminate waste. Oversee procurement negotiations and direct supplier relationships to secure favorable terms while maintaining quality standards. Coordinate with logistics providers for transportation planning, freight management, and delivery scheduling to ensure timely fulfillment of orders. Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions or inefficiencies, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Utilize ERP systems such as SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, and other supply chain analytics tools for data analysis, process automation, and reporting purposes. Collaborate with internal departments including sales, production, and finance to align supply chain activities with business objectives. Lead project management initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain performance metrics through continuous improvement methodologies. Skills Proficiency in SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and other data visualization or business intelligence software. Strong understanding of supply chain management principles including logistics inventory management, demand forecasting, inventory control, and MRP systems. Demonstrated expertise in process improvement techniques such as Six Sigma, Kaizen events, Lean manufacturing, and lean management practices. Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets for quantitative analysis and decision-making support. Experience in logistics planning including transportation management and logistics inventory management strategies. Effective project management skills with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams on process optimization initiatives. Bilingual fluency in [Language 1] and [Language 2], with exceptional communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders globally.
