WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

This isn't a boring "stand behind the parts counter all day" position. You'll be right in the middle of the action, helping our Technicians, Service Advisors, customers, vendors, and management team keep the operation moving.

PARTS & PURCHASING

Your mission is simple: Right Part. Right Price. Right Time.

You'll:

Source and order automotive parts Find the best combination of price, quality, and availability Communicate and negotiate with vendors Track orders and deliveries Verify incoming parts before they become someone else's problem Manage returns, warranties, cores, and credits Catch missing credits and billing discrepancies Monitor parts pricing and profitability Maintain accurate inventory Reconcile invoices and vendor statements Use our shop management software, Excel, vendor portals, and other technology Help us build better purchasing systems and processes We don't want someone who blindly clicks ORDER . We want someone who thinks & gets the best price for the team!

FRONT COUNTER & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

You'll also help us deliver the kind of customer experience that makes people want to come back.

You'll:

Answer incoming calls quickly and professionally Greet customers with energy and confidence Help schedule and confirm appointments Assist with customer check-in and check-out Gather accurate customer and vehicle information Help with follow-up calls, texts, and emails Provide vehicle status updates when appropriate Prepare paperwork and repair orders Process payments Assist Service Advisors with VINs, mileage, plates, and vehicle information Keep customer records accurate Help keep our front office clean, organized, and welcoming
