Required) Now recruiting due to business expansion!! Join our growing entertainment company as a Central Kitchen Manager! In this role, you will be is a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing logistics, inventory flow, material handling activities and purchasing activities that support daily kitchen production, this role focuses on coordinating the receiving, storage, movement, and staging of ingredients, packaging, and finished goods across cold storage, dry storage, and production areas. The Procurement/Logistics Supervisor operates material-handling equipment, including forklifts, ensures compliance with logistics, food safety, and safety procedures, and provides on-shift direction to Logistics and Production Associates to ensure materials are available safely, efficiently, and on time. Procurement/Logistics Supervisor for focuses on sourcing ingredients, packaging, and indirect materials; maintaining accurate procurement records. The Central Kitchen Procurement/Logistics Supervisor works cross-functionally to ensure materials are available safely, efficiently, and on time while providing on-shift leadership and guidance related to procurement processes. This position requires Forklift operation experience (certification preferred or ability to obtain certification) ~Bringing smiles to the faces of people all over the world.~ Round One is a family entertainment company that was established in Japan in 1980 and came to North America in 2010. We are expanding across the USA with plans to open 100 stores by the year 2030! In addition to our core business of multi-entertainment facilities, we are planning to open Central kitchen for Japanese Food Halls within future stores.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or food production environments required; lead or supervisory experience preferred. Experience with inventory management, logistics coordination, or procurement support in a food-related environment preferred. Strong working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and temperature control practices. Ability to coordinate logistics operations in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, organization, leadership, and teamwork skills. Ability to work in hot, cold, frozen, and refrigerated environments. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds without assistance; heavier items using forklifts or proper lifting equipment. Food safety certification preferred but not required. Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or food production environments preferred. Experience sourcing food ingredients or packaging materials is a plus. Working knowledge of inventory management, forecasting, and supplier coordination Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and temperature control practices.
