With a focus on expanding our regional network and enhancing operational efficiency, we are dedicated to redefining the delivery landscape through innovation and strategic growth. We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Deputy Regional Head who is fluent in Mandarin and English to join our leadership team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee regional operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive strategic initiatives across our expanding network. environment. Oversee the overall day-to-day management of existing hubs and stations in the western United States, including the overall operation, efficiency improvement, and service quality control of last-mile delivery of heavy cargo (30-150 lbs). Lead expansion plans for western US cities, develop regional business development strategies, and complete the construction of new operating stations, team building, and employee recruitment and training. Establish and optimize regional distribution processes and SOPs, coordinate route planning, capacity allocation and cost control to ensure delivery timeliness and customer satisfaction. Monitor the achievement of regional KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery rate, damage rate, complaint rate, cost indicators), analyze operational data, and drive problem rectification and continuous improvement. Maintain regional customer relationships, coordinate and handle abnormal delivery situations, and connect internal and external resources to ensure the smooth operation of business. Implement the company's safety and compliance requirements, and ensure that team operations comply with local logistics industry regulations in the US and the company's EHS standards. Fluent in English and Mandarin . Bachelor's degree or above, major in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields is preferred; with operational management experience in the logistics distribution industry, and work experience in regional team management or city expansion. Familiar with the business model, operational processes, and local policies and regulations of US small parcel or heavy cargo last-mile delivery. Possess successful experience in regional business development or new station construction, and be able to independently formulate and implement city expansion plans. Have strong team leadership and personnel management capabilities, be good at recruiting, training and motivating teams, and building a highly efficient executive team. Possess excellent data analysis, problem-solving and cost control capabilities, and be able to drive operational optimization through data. Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing), with good communication and coordination skills, cross-departmental collaboration awareness, and strong pressure resistance. Hold a valid US driver's license, and be able to adapt to business trips within the region (covering city expansion areas around Atlanta).
