Help shape the sales culture and customer experience at Mercedes-Benz of Fresno. We are looking for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to oversee the used vehicle inventory end to end, including acquisition, appraisal, reconditioning workflow, pricing, and turn. The position sources inventory from trades and manages the reconditioning team to bring vehicles to front-line-ready condition quickly, driving used gross profit and disciplined days-supply. Responsibilities Appraise trades and acquire inventory to hit stocking and mix targets Price and merchandise used inventory to market and manage repricing to days-supply Direct the Detail and recon flow to minimize front-line-ready time Manage wholesale disposition of aged and non-retail units Own used inventory turn, gross, and reconditioning cost Qualifications & Requirements Automotive used car management or senior appraisal experience Command of appraisal tools, market pricing platforms, and wholesale channels Reconditioning workflow and cost management experience Experience with a luxury brand is a plus Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Must be authorized to work in the
