Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance for employees & dependents at 80% premium sponsorship Employer-sponsored short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance 2-4 weeks of paid vacation 401K with a match The opportunity Fresh Food Supply Chain Coordinator Mission of the role As a Fresh Food Supply Chain Coordinator, you ll play a key role in managing fresh food inventory and menu planning cycles. You ll partner closely with the Supply Chain Manager, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure accurate orders, timely deliveries, and compliance with company quality standards. Specific Accountabilities Coordinate meal ordering and menu planning with a focus on fresh food production Liaise with the Supply Chain Manager and suppliers to ensure specifications and delivery schedules are met Maintain up-to-date menu cycles and order adjustments to reflect operational needs Support cross-department collaboration to ensure smooth communication between purchasing, production, and dispatch teams Monitor and manage inventory levels for fresh food items Ensure menu accuracy and retrieve unused menus in the event of cancellations or discrepancies Continuously look for opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and service quality Qualifications & Educational Requirements 2 + years of experience in the logistics industry preferably in airline catering. High school diploma or GED equivalent. College degree preferred. Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet). Multitasking & excellent data entry skills. Able to work weekends. Experience with AX or other inventory systems, a plus Preferred Skills Experience of operating in a deadline driven, pressurized environment. Logical and methodical approach to tasks. The ability to implement and maintain quality documentation whilst raising awareness of the benefits Good communication and interpersonal skills.
