• High Volume Store Wheels in Motion Motorcycle Dealership is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to lead and grow our Parts Department at our high-volume locations in the San Fernando Valley and Santa Barbara .

We are seeking a strong leader with motorcycle or powersports dealership experience who understands inventory management, department profitability, and team leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a current Parts Manager or experienced Assistant Parts Manager ready to take the next step in their career. Our dealership represents some of the most respected brands in the industry including KTM, Ducati, MV Agusta, Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Polaris, BMW, and Vespa . What You'll Be Responsible For Managing the daily operations of a busy dealership parts department Leading and developing parts counter staff Maintaining proper inventory levels and OEM ordering Managing margins, pricing strategy, and department profitability Working closely with service and sales departments to support dealership operations Overseeing receiving, stocking, and merchandising of parts and accessories Implementing strong inventory control and cycle counting Assisting with expanding online parts sales (eBay / Amazon / eCommerce) Ensuring excellent customer service and efficient department workflow What We're Looking For 3+ years experience in the motorcycle or powersports industry Previous Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of OEM parts systems and microfiche Experience managing inventory, purchasing, and department profitability Strong leadership and team development skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance bonuses based on department performance $3,000 hiring bonus after 90 days Deep employee discounts on motorcycles, parts, accessories, and gear 401(k) with company matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Position Type Full-Time If you are currently working in a motorcycle or powersports dealership parts department and are ready for a leadership opportunity, we would like to speak with you.
