JOB SUMMARY
Lead day-to-day depot repair & Field Service Operations Monitor performance against key service metrics, including turnaround time, first-time-fix rate, parts availability, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. Oversee spare-parts planning, inventory accuracy, returns, repairable assets, and reverse-logistics processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce costs, improve productivity, and strengthen service delivery. Partner with Sales, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Success to resolve customer escalations and support service commitments. Maintain compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and company operating standards. Support budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and operational reporting.
SPECIFIC REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or computer science or related field Experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, is required. 5+ years of progressive experience in field service, depot repair, or service operations. Experience with inventory management, spare-parts planning, repair workflows, and third-party logistics providers. Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and people-leadership skills. Experience supporting medical equipment, industrial equipment, technology hardware, or other complex technical products is a plus.
