Full Job Description Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead strategic supply chain operations across planning, sourcing, procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier management. This role requires strong leadership experience within a complex manufacturing environment and the ability to work with executives, customers, suppliers, engineering, operations, and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead supply chain planning, forecasting, procurement, sourcing, inventory, and materials management. Develop and execute strategic supply chain initiatives supporting cost, delivery, inventory, and customer objectives. Manage supplier relationships, performance, development, contracts, and negotiations. Drive cost optimization, inventory efficiency, risk mitigation, and business continuity. Lead supply chain managers and cross-functional teams. Partner with executive leadership, customers, suppliers, engineering, operations, and finance. Support budget, financial, and P&L objectives through supply chain improvements. Drive operational excellence using ERP systems, analytics, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications 10+ years of Supply Chain Management experience, including senior leadership responsibility. Strong experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, planning/forecasting, inventory/materials management, and supplier management. Experience leading supply chain operations in manufacturing, electronics, technology, semiconductor, automotive, medical device, aerospace, or similar industries. Strong supplier negotiation, cost optimization, risk management, and executive stakeholder management experience. Experience with major ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline/equivalent experience.
Preferred:
Electronics/EMS experience, global supply chain, S&OP, Lean/Six Sigma, supplier risk/dual sourcing, and strategic supply chain transformation.
Pay:
$50.00 - $60.00 per hour
