In this vital role, you will oversee the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management processes within our warehouse operations. Duties Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels using warehouse management systems and platforms. Conduct regular data mining and analysis to identify discrepancies, root causes of inventory variances, and opportunities for process improvement. Perform demand planning, production scheduling, and materials management to support efficient order fulfillment and shipping & receiving operations. Utilize data visualization tools to generate reports on inventory trends, supply chain analytics, and financial modeling insights. Lead category management initiatives by analyzing data to inform stocking decisions. Execute materials handling tasks including heavy lifting, materials management, and shipping & receiving while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Experience Proven experience in warehouse distribution, inventory management software, or supply chain analytics roles. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics inventory management. Demonstrated ability in data analysis skills using spreadsheets (Excel), data analytics tools, and systems. Experience with materials handling equipment is a plus. Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Analytical mindset with expertise in root cause analysis, process improvement methodologies, and financial analysis related to inventory control. Technical proficiency in data collection, visualization, and demand forecasting techniques to enhance inventory accuracy and supply chain efficiency.
Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
