Job Description
Job Summary The Inventory Control Supervisor oversees inventory accuracy across all clients and warehouse locations in a fast-paced 3PL environment. This role manages cycle counts, investigates discrepancies, maintains WMS accuracy, and leads inventory improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts. Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS. Partner with Receiving, B2B, DTC, and Production teams. Develop and maintain inventory SOPs. Prepare inventory reports and support client audits and physical inventories. Monitor shrink, damages, and inventory loss. Supervise inventory personnel and promote a safety-first culture. Qualifications 3+ years of inventory control experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or 3PL. Previous supervisory or leadership experience. Strong WMS and inventory management experience. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of supply chain, shipping/receiving, and materials management. Forklift certification preferred; fleet management experience is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Salary $72,384-$80,000 annually , depending on experience, skills, education, location, and other business factors.
