Job Description
Job Summary A direct hire opportunity is available for a Warehouse Coordinator in the San Clemente area. This hands-on role is ideal for an experienced warehouse, inventory, shipping, and receiving professional who enjoys variety, ownership, and being part of a fast-moving operations team. The Warehouse specialist will support warehouse organization, domestic and international shipping, import and export documentation, receiving containers, vendor coordination, and field logistics support. This is a higher-level warehouse role that blends physical warehouse activity with detailed clerical, compliance, and documentation work. This opportunity offers stability with an established organization that has been in business for more than 20 years and is currently experiencing growth following a recent acquisition. Candidates can expect a collaborative environment with supportive leadership, cross-functional teamwork, and the chance to make a direct impact on operational efficiency, quality control and the successful movement of products and materials. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records, organize warehouse and storage areas, complete cycle counts, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, freight, vendor pickups, deliveries, packing lists, customs documentation, and related logistics paperwork.
- Support international shipping operations, including receiving containers and assisting with import and export documentation and compliance requirements.
- Pull, package, stage, distribute, load, unload, and properly secure materials while following quality control and safety procedures.
- Partner with internal teams, vendors, freight providers, and field personnel to ensure materials are available, accurate, and delivered on time.
- Prioritize changing operational needs in a fast-paced growth environment while maintaining accuracy, reliability, and strong communication.

- Salary range: $55,000 to $68,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire. Required Qualifications and Skills
- Coordinate warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and logistics documentation.
- Support import and export paperwork, customs documentation, container receiving, and compliance-related warehouse activity.
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets, records, packing lists, inventory reports, and operational paperwork.
- Pick, pack, stage, inspect, load, unload, and move materials as needed in a hands-on warehouse environment.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant warehouse, inventory, logistics, shipping, receiving, or operations experience.
- Experience working with shipping and receiving processes, picking and packing, inspections, and quality control.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills, with the ability to maintain detailed spreadsheets and documentation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse tasks as needed.
- High attention to detail, especially with regulated paperwork, compliance documentation, customs, import, and export requirements.
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to pivot quickly as priorities change in a growing organization.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills and a willingness to wear many hats. Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing or distribution background.
- Experience with overseas containers, international shipping, import/export processes, customs documentation, or highly regulated logistics environments.
- Prior experience in a growing organization where priorities, processes, and operational needs can change quickly.
