Their software analyzes designs, matches them to suppliers, and gets physical parts manufactured at scale. Customers include SpaceX, Anduril, and Relativity Space . Demand is outpacing supply — they need someone to expand their supplier network and unlock millions in revenue. The Role As Supply Chain Manager, you'll own the full supplier lifecycle: discovery, qualification, and onboarding of CNC machine shops and additive manufacturing shops across the U.S.
This is a boots-on-the-ground role:
50% outbound sourcing — research, cold outreach, and onboarding new suppliers 50% relationship management — quarterly check-ins, performance tracking, long-term partnerships Your output is the input to the rest of the company. The better the suppliers you onboard, the more contracts the team can win. What You'll Do Identify and qualify machine shops and fabrication shops across the U.S. Conduct outbound outreach to new suppliers (sales-like, but for manufacturing partners) Onboard suppliers and ensure data accuracy in internal systems Maintain relationships with existing suppliers through regular check-ins Ensure supplier certifications and data are up-to-date Work with engineering and operations to understand technical requirements
What We're Looking For Must-Haves:
2-5 years in supplier sourcing or supply chain for a hardware company Experience sourcing, qualifying, and onboarding suppliers Startup or fast-paced environment experience Strong communication — confident speaking with suppliers High attention to detail U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (ITAR)
Nice-to-Haves:
Hardware startup, robotics, or aerospace/defense background Mechanical engineering background or ability to read technical drawings Experience with CNC machining, additive manufacturing, or fabrication
