Operating out of a high-energy San Francisco facility, they process roughly 500 time-sensitive orders daily across a 15,000-SKU catalog. They are seeking an experienced Warehouse Logistics Manager (5+ years) to lead daily facility operations, optimize workflows, and help scale capacity for future expansion What We're Looking For 5+ years of warehouse logistics leadership with experience in 3PL operations, multi-account fulfillment, or complex distribution environments.Multi-SKU & Kitting Expertise:
Proven ability to manage thousands of SKUs (10,000+), multi-channel fulfillment (B2B bulk and direct-to-consumer), and multi-step assembly/kitting workflows.WMS Tech Savvy:
Hands-on experience executing daily floor management through enterprise WMS/ERP platforms (NetSuite WMS experience is highly preferred).Carrier & Freight Logistics:
Solid understanding of parcel carrier operations (UPS/FedEx/USPS), LTL freight, and local courier coordination.Continuous Improvement Mindset:
Familiarity with Lean/5S methodologies and writing detailed SOPs (5S Certification is a bonus).Local Presence:

Direct day-to-day warehouse functions—Receiving, Quality Control, Kitting/Packaging, Inventory Control, and Returns—across 25+ distinct corporate accounts. Drive Value-Added Services (VAS): Oversee specialized finishing workflows, including precision kitting, custom packaging, folding, polybagging, and stickering tailored to unique client specs. Execution:
Protect and uphold e-commerce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across 30+ e-commerce stores, tracking order accuracy, dock-to-stock turnaround, labor efficiency, and shipping velocity.Optimize Systems & Schedules:
Utilize NetSuite WMS to manage real-time job costing, floor scheduling, labor allocation, and end-of-job actions in close coordination with Account Management.Process & Layout Optimization:
Implement Lean/5S practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maximize floor space, reduce shrinkage, and boost units-per-hour productivity.Carrier & Freight Management:
Partner with UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight lines, and local couriers to optimize outbound schedules and rate performance.Build & Mentor Talent:
Hire, train, and inspire warehouse associates and supervisors. Establish clear performance standards and conduct regular reviews within an inclusive, mission-driven culture.
