Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate for a Hybrid position with a Leading Professional Network located in San Francisco, CA, Sunnyvale, CA, Chicago, IL or New York, NY. This position requires being onsite 3 days/week, days flexible. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

As a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate, you will act as an advisor to executives in the Customer Success organization and be responsible for helping crack the most important strategic and operational problems facing the business. Additionally, you will assess business performance and derive actionable insights focused on driving revenue growth, sales productivity, and customer value. This individual is also responsible for leading, executing, and scaling operational and planning processes in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Track business performance and provide insights and rmendations to advise CS leadership and inform day-to-day decisions

Lead operational processes of the CS organization, such as territory allocation, audits, reports, and dashboard development, data checks, and maintenance

Advise senior members of the CS organization on growing and optimizing their businesses by making data-driven, actionable rmendations that help them achieve their long-term strategic priorities

Drive strategic planning processes through data-driven rmendations (e.g., customer segmentation, headcount, financial and territory planning)

Lead and provide rmendations on a variety of strategic, cross-functional projects that will shape the go-to-market motion

Present insights and rmendations to executives and global sales operations partners

Establish strong working relationships with peers in other Sales Operations teams and cross-functional partners (business operations, sales leadership, HR, finance and systems teams) to achieve objectives

Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in business, operations, analytics, or related field
  • 4 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, or an analytical/operational role
  • 4 years of experience with Excel and SQL
Desired skills:

Advanced knowledge of

Microsoft Excel:

expertise in data analysis and financial modeling

MA/MS/MBA

degree in business or related field

Ability to leverage numbers and insights to influence and drive sound decision making

Experience inmunicating effectively, project and time management, writing and presentation skills with the ability to confidently interact with senior management

Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders

Strong attention to detail and ability to see insights beyond the numbers to drive sound decision making

Ability to flex between day-to-day operations/project management and broader strategic initiatives

Motivation to challenge the status quo and continually innovate

Ability to effectively solveplex problems from high priority strategic initiatives

Experience in working with Tableau, SQL/Presto, PowerBi

Working experience leveraging GitHub, Copilot, or any AI tool

Pay range: $67.45 - $86.25 per hour
