Position Summary The Warehouse Inventory Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse and inventory operations while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role oversees inventory control, shipping, receiving, storage, fulfillment, and warehouse personnel, while driving process improvements that support our continued growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can motivate teams, improve performance, implement best practices, and create a culture of accountability and excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and returns. Supervise, train, coach, and develop warehouse team members to achieve operational and performance goals. Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting, audits, reconciliations, and effective inventory control processes. Oversee timely and accurate fulfillment of customer, distributor, and eCommerce orders. Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to optimize workflow and improve overall warehouse performance. Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead root cause corrective actions that increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve service levels. Monitor warehouse KPIs including inventory accuracy, order accuracy, productivity, shipping performance, and on-time delivery. Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety standards, and warehouse best practices. Ensure proper material handling, equipment utilization, and warehouse organization. Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, shipments, audits, and operational metrics. Foster a positive, engaging, and accountable work environment focused on teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement. Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse, inventory, distribution, or manufacturing leadership experience. Proven experience supervising warehouse personnel and driving team performance. Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, cycle counting, warehouse operations, and distribution processes. Experience supporting eCommerce, fulfillment, and customer order operations preferred. Demonstrated success implementing process improvements using Lean, Continuous Improvement, or similar methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Bilingual - English/Spanish Why Join Us?
