Job Description
Position Overview The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing all logistics operations, ensuring efficient, timely, and cost-effective delivery of meals across multiple regions. This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, process optimization, and hands-on execution. You will manage logistics operators, drivers, inventory flow, routing, and cross-department coordination to maintain Meal Prep Sunday's high operational standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily logistics operations across multiple delivery regions Manage and support logistics operators and delivery drivers Plan and optimize delivery routes for efficiency and cost control Coordinate inventory flow between kitchen, packing, and delivery teams Ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining quality standards Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional departments Troubleshoot operational issues in real time Technical Skills & Requirements Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or operations management Strong knowledge of route planning and delivery optimization Experience managing drivers and operational teams Ability to analyze data, schedules, and performance metrics Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Familiarity with inventory flow and warehouse/kitchen operations Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
