Enterprise Supply Chain Manager IAP Worldwide Services, Inc - 3.7 Aurora, CO Job Details 3 hours ago Qualifications Program management Logistics Warehouse logistics management Supervising experience Performance Improvement (PI) Logistics TS/SCI with Polygraph Procurement management Full Job Description Position is contingent upon contract award As the Enterprise Supply Chain Manager , you will serve as the cross-site lead responsible for all aspects of enterprise supply chain operations. This position directs, coordinates, and manages supply chain teams and activities to ensure efficient logistical support, operational readiness, accountability of property, and continuous process improvement across all assigned sites and mission operations. The Enterprise Supply Chain Manager acts as the primary logistics point of contact for the CLIN Manager, Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR), Government Points of Contact (GPOC), and other stakeholders for all logistics-related activities and support functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the cross-site Supply Chain Manager responsible for all enterprise supply chain operations. Direct, coordinate, and manage work teams associated with: Loading dock management Supply management Warehouse management Vehicle management Transportation management Property management Procurement management Copier maintenance operations Manage both Operations & Maintenance (O&M) logistical operations and mission logistics operations. Act as the central point of contact for the CLIN Manager, COTR, and/or GPOC regarding logistics-related work and operational support. Notify site logistics GPOCs of significant logistics events, operational disruptions, shortages, delays, or incidents impacting mission support. Implement and oversee process improvement initiatives designed to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, improve service delivery, and standardize logistics procedures. Exercise quality control oversight and establish best practices to ensure consistent operational performance across all sites. Ensure proper accountability, tracking, control, and reporting of accountable property and government-furnished equipment. Oversee warehousing activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, distribution, and asset management. Manage procurement programs and logistical support functions to ensure timely acquisition and delivery of supplies, materials, and equipment. Develop operational metrics, reports, and performance indicators to support contract compliance and operational decision-making. Provide sufficient operational and logistical information necessary to calculate service costs and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, safety standards, and applicable federal regulations.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. (preferred) Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing projects of similar size, scope, and complexity. Minimum of two (2) consecutive years of supervisory experience in logistics operations or supply chain operations. Demonstrated experience implementing process improvement models and operational efficiencies.
Demonstrated experience in:
Warehousing operations Procurement program management Logistics and transportation functions Inventory and supply management
PREFEREED QUALIFICATIONS
Professional certifications such as: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) Lean Six Sigma certification
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Experience supporting government or federal contracts. Knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated track record managing accountable property and asset accountability programs. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple sites, priorities, and operational requirements simultaneously. Proficiency with logistics management systems, inventory tracking systems, and reporting tools.
