High Volume Service Operation Employment Type:
Full-Time We are a high-volume automotive dealership seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead and actively work within a fast-paced service operation. This role is hands-on and ideal for a parts professional who thrives in a shop-flow environment , works the counter daily, and takes ownership of inventory accuracy, vendor relationships, and service support. Key Responsibilities Actively work the parts counter supporting technicians and service advisors in a high-volume shop Manage parts operations using CDK as the primary DMS Oversee inventory management , including: Bin counts and cycle counts Monitoring and maintaining accurate GL balances Controlling obsolescence and special orders Handle core returns accurately and in a timely manner Utilize Total Customer Connect for shop flow management and pricing Aggressively source and locate parts to minimize downtime and ensure jobs are completed on time Maintain strong relationships with OEM and aftermarket vendors Ensure proper pricing, margins, and cost controls Support service throughput while maintaining accuracy and accountability Qualifications OEM brand experience preferred Proven experience in a high-volume dealership parts department Strong working knowledge of CDK Experience using shop flow and pricing tools (Total Customer Connect experience a plus) Solid understanding of inventory controls, bin counts, and GL reconciliation Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven Team-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Stable, high-volume operation with strong service demand Opportunity to work in a hands-on leadership role Growth potential within a well-established dealership organization Apply today if you're a results-driven Parts Manager who takes pride in keeping the shop moving and the inventory right.
