Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing loss and shrinkage. Analyze inventory data, purchasing trends, and demand forecasts. Oversee receiving, storage, organization, and distribution of equipment and supplies. Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for events. Schedule transportation and manage freight and carrier relationships. Track inventory using ERP or inventory management software. Generate inventory and operational reports. Conduct routine inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. Develop logistics budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with safety, storage, and transportation regulations. Collaborate with procurement, operations, sales, and event teams. Supervise warehouse and logistics personnel while maintaining high performance standards. QualificationsRequired Bachelor's Degree Preferred fields of study: Industrial Engineering Supply Chain Management Logistics Operations Management Business Administration Or a related field Minimum 1 year of experience in: Inventory Management Warehouse Operations Logistics Supply Chain Fluent in English (Spanish is a strong plus) Strong computer skills Experience with inventory software or ERP systems Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Ability to work some evenings and weekends during events Preferred Skills Excellent organizational skills Strong analytical thinking Problem-solving mindset Leadership and team management experience Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Microsoft Excel proficiency Experience with inventory audits and process improvement Why Join FOMO?
