We are a fast-growing e-commerce fulfillment and logistics company looking for a Bilingual Picking Supervisor (English/Spanish) to lead our warehouse picking team. This role is ideal for someone who is efficient, highly organized, and motivated to grow with the company while ensuring fast and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, fast learner, and proactive problem solver who can manage people, improve processes, and maintain high operational standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead the daily operations of the picking team Ensure orders are picked accurately and on time Train, coach, and motivate warehouse associates Monitor productivity and improve workflow efficiency Maintain accurate inventory control and cycle counts Work within Logiwa WMS to manage orders and inventory Coordinate with receiving, packing, and operations teams Maintain warehouse organization, safety, and operational standards Identify opportunities to improve processes and help the company grow

Qualifications Bilingual:

English and Spanish required 2+ years experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations Experience supervising or leading a team preferred Experience with Logiwa WMS or other warehouse management systems Strong inventory management and organization skills Fast learner with strong problem-solving ability Efficient, reliable, and detail oriented Positive attitude and strong leadership mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Military or Army experience is a strong plus due to the leadership, discipline, and operational structure this role requires
