The Parts Manager will be responsible for ensuring the Parts Department is providing superior customer service and operating at a top level by increasing revenue, controlling costs, and building a loyal customer base. Salary $60,000 to $65,000 Plus Commissions - Based on
Qualifications and Experience Essential Duties:
Greet all customers. Hire, train, motivate and evaluate all Parts Department employees. Manage daily operation of the Parts Department, including answering customer calls and assisting customers. Responsible for ordering the stock orders for the Parts Department. Work closely with the Service Department to ensure proper stocking of high use parts and any special orders. Receive and compare all parts inventory to packing slips, enter inventory into computer. Serve as liaison with vendor representatives regarding ordering and pricing of inventory. Ensure all Parts Department employees follow all safety policies and practices and report any and all accidents immediately. Maintain a clean work environment. Properly document employee behavior when necessary for employee personnel files.
Education and Experience:
A High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and or experience is required. Two to three years experience with parts and customer service or a combination of experience or education. Must have knowledge of computers, calculators and other office equipment needed to perform duties. Basic math skills. Read, understand, interpret and follow all rules, regulations and policies of the company. Must be able to effectively resolve problems and work courteously with the public and staff in all situations. Must be detail oriented. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
