Ideal Leadership Style The successful candidate will be confident but approachable, persistent but diplomatic, and comfortable taking ownership in an environment where team members balance multiple responsibilities. This person should be willing to make thoughtful recommendations, professionally challenge delays, and help department leaders move from discussion to execution.
