THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a Logistics, Systems & Warehouse Manager to serve as the behind-the-scenes magic to all of our events. This is a high impact, multi-faceted role supporting the Operations Team. You'll manage and prep all of our equipment, tools and supplies, along with our vehicles and basic office upkeep, insuring a flawless event every time. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, loves 'owning the role' and takes pride in being the go-to person for keeping the warehouse running efficiently. ⭐

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Inventory Systems & Technology :

Help evaluate, improve, and implement technology and inventory systems that make our warehouse and event preparation more efficient and accurate.

Inventory Control:

Oversee, develop, and refine inventory management systems to maintain accurate records of stock levels and facilitate timely sourcing of materials for events.

Preparation:

Readying all the equipment and supplies for events

Shipping & Receiving:

Manage the process of receiving event equipment and materials, and ensure safe and efficient shipping of the same for national events.

Storage:

Ensure that equipment and supplies are stored in a manner that maximizes their longevity and accessibility and prioritizes safety.

Physical Requirements:

Regularly lift and handle items weighing over 50 pounds.

Procurement :

Assist Event Managers with sourcing and purchasing supplies for events

Event Support:

Organize, pack and sometimes deliver materials to event sites, playing a critical role in the successful execution of our team-building events. ⭐

WHAT YOU BRING

Proven experience in warehouse management or similar role. Strong understanding of logistics and inventory management systems. Technology savvy and comfortable learning, using and troubleshooting new software and systems Experience with inventory management software, including implemeting, improving or transitioning inventory systems is strongly preferred Ability to develop and implement detailed logistical game plans Comfort working independently with minimal supervision Ability to multitask, prioritize and follow through amidst changing priorities Understanding of budgeting and the importance of cost management Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. A commitment to safety and a proven track record in fostering a safe work environment. Proficiency on a computer, with experience in Excel and/or inventory software Valid driver's license. ⭐
