THE ROLE

Know the hardware. Lead the floor. Own the outcome. You will own inbound enterprise hardware operations from arrival through tested, graded, sellable inventory—and through final resolution of returns, vendor credits, and PO reconciliation. You will lead Receiving, Testing, and RMA Leads and approximately 10 employees. This position requires technical judgment. You must be able to verify server and storage configurations, assess hardware condition, challenge grading, and identify discrepancies that affect inventory value and profitability.

WHAT YOU OWN

Every PO through closure: Receiving, verification, testing, grading, inventory activation, and final reconciliation.

Product and inventory accuracy:

Correct parts, configurations, quantities, serials, and condition, with complete traceability.

Receiving and testing performance:

Daily priorities, capacity, bottlenecks, testing yields, and aging inventory.

Vendor accountability:

Shortages, substitutions, misrepresented hardware, claims, returns, and RMAs. Track credits through recovery and reconcile bills with Purchasing and Accounting.

Team results:

Set standards, develop leads, address underperformance, and enforce SOPs, accuracy, and productivity.

Operational visibility:

Maintain clear status, ownership, and next steps for every open PO, discrepancy, and recovery.

THE STANDARD

Lead on the floor. Verify the details. Resolve the issue. Close the loop. You are accountable for moving inventory quickly without compromising accuracy, recovering money owed, and ensuring your leads deliver consistent results. Expect to move between receiving, the testing bench, and vendor conversations as the operation demands.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years in technical inbound operations, ITAD, refurbishment, asset management, RMA, or comparable operations. 3+ years of hands-on hardware experience relevant to enterprise servers, storage, and components. 3+ years of people management, including oversight of leads or supervisors. Proven ownership of serialized inventory, PO/vendor reconciliation, and vendor claims, returns, or financial recovery. Working proficiency with ERP, WMS, or inventory-management systems. Full-time, on-site availability in Sanford, FL .

Preferred:

Enterprise hardware resale, lot/broker purchasing, SMART data, drive health, SSD wear, and Dell, HPE, Supermicro, Lenovo, or Cisco product identification. General warehouse management experience alone does not qualify. Candidates must demonstrate hands-on hardware knowledge, leadership accountability, and specific inventory or vendor issues they personally drove to resolution.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
