Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Supervisor, Supply Chain leads daily supply chain operations at an assigned laboratory site or hospital network. This position directly supervises frontline team members, oversees site-level inventory and replenishment performance, and serves as the primary supply chain contact for laboratory and hospital partners at the assigned location. Physical and Mental Requirements

Routinely lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical material-handling activities throughout the workday.

Maintain the physical ability to perform the essential functions of the position in an operational laboratory or healthcare environment.

Work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing operational conditions and priorities.

Demonstrate sound judgment and maintain composure when responding to service disruptions or operational issues.

Possess a valid driver's license that meets company requirements.

Technical / Job

-Specific Knowledge

Knowledge of inventory replenishment and supply chain operations.

Working knowledge of ERP inventory and requisition management systems.

Knowledge of supply chain analytics, performance reporting, and operational monitoring tools.

Understanding of lean operating principles, including standard work and visual management.

Knowledge of supply chain performance metrics and operational key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Work Experience

3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations.

Experience with lean operations, visual management, standard work, or replenishment systems.

Previous experience working in a healthcare, laboratory, or similar regulated environment is strongly preferred. Work Environment

On-site daily presence is required at the assigned location.

Work is performed in a laboratory and healthcare environment.

The position requires regular physical material handling, standing, walking, and movement throughout the workday.

The employee may be required to respond to changing operational needs and priorities. Required Education

High school diploma or GED required.

Equivalent Experience:

Three or more years of relevant supply chain operations experience combined with demonstrated frontline leadership experience may substitute for the formal education requirement. Preferred

Healthcare supply chain certification, Lean certification, or Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
