The Company offers a wide range of critical components and engineered solutions that connect, protect, and purify our world. The Demand Planning Manager is responsible for the global demand planning process and team of demand planners. They will drive the demand reviews with their team of demand planners and ensure an integrated S&OP process in partnership with finance and the supply chain teams. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate, data-driven forecasts that enable effective production and inventory planning. Key Responsibilities Own and lead global demand planning across business segments and customer channels. Manage a team of demand planners who create sku-level forecasts across Mativ in partnership with sales, marketing, product management, finance, and supply chain. Manage the senior demand planner who is responsible for developing and maintaining the statistical forecasts as an input into the demand planning process. Support monthly S&OP / demand planning cycle activities Prepare data inputs for demand review meetings Responsible for forecast accuracy metric and driving improvements in accuracy as well as the efficiency of the forecasting process. Drive demand analytics and AI experimentation to enable Mativ to better understand, shape, and capture demand for our products. Partner with our technology and data teams in the roadmap for KetteQ as our planning system, as it relates to demand planning. Qualifications 5+ years in demand planning or forecasting 5+ year's experience in analytics or systems 2+ year's experience in team and people management Sales and Marketing business relationship management experience Bachelor of Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Analytics preferred Project Management and Product Roadmap experience preferred Self-motivated with a high level of personal drive Strong organizational and communication skills.
