•12:00 AM Pay Rates 28.00 USD hourly Essential Requirements for Inventory Supervisor Recent experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or distribution environments. Proven experience leading or coordinating inventory activities and counts. Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and support warehouse operations when daytime management is not present. Basic computer and warehouse system proficiency. Strong commitment to safety, accuracy, reliability, and consistent attendance. Desirable Requirements for Inventory Supervisor Previous supervisory or team-lead experience in a warehouse, freight, or distribution environment. Experience with warehouse management systems, inventory control, cycle counts, or material-handling equipment. Strong leadership and communication skills with a detail-oriented approach. Ability to coordinate a team, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and strong problem-solving mindset. Role for Inventory Supervisor Lead the inventory team to ensure all warehouse procedures are followed. Coordinate and oversee accurate inventory counts and reconciliation. Provide management coverage and support to the team during evening hours. Organize daily inventory activities to maintain operational efficiency.
