GXO Logistics is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead end-to-end planning across our transportation and warehousing network. In this role, you will own demand, capacity and inventory planning, driving accurate forecasts, optimized inventory and high service levels for blue-chip customers. You will lead S&OP, analyze performance data, and implement best practices and digital tools, including automation and advanced analytics. Partnering with operations, commercial and technology teams, you'll manage complex initiatives, coach planners and continuously improve safety, efficiency and customer performance in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end supply chain planning for a regional or multi-site logistics network. Own demand, capacity and inventory plans to balance service, cost and working capital. Drive S&OP processes, aligning operations, finance and commercial teams. Analyze performance data and KPIs to identify risks, trends and improvement opportunities. Implement planning best practices, tools and automation to improve accuracy and efficiency. Partner with warehouse, transportation and customer teams to support new launches and changes. Manage planning calendars, assumptions and scenarios for peak and promotional events. Lead or support cross-functional projects that enhance supply chain performance. Develop and mentor planners, promoting a performance-driven, safety-focused culture.
