What You Will Work On Lead daily inventory control operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth distribution center performance. You will guide teams, analyze inventory results, and develop improvements that support operational excellence. This work strengthens customer satisfaction and supports Academy's mission to make it easier for everyone to enjoy sports and outdoors. Responsibilities include implementing procedures, partnering with DC leaders, and driving initiatives that reduce inaccuracies. You will oversee audits, internal controls, and documentation to keep processes aligned with expectations. Each day brings opportunities to influence strategy, support teams, and enhance accuracy across the network. Who You Will Work With Collaboration spans Inventory Control leadership, DC Operations, Merchants, and Store Operations teams who rely on your guidance and analytical insight. You will also work with a diverse workforce, building partnerships that strengthen communication, efficiency, and alignment across functions. What You Bring Bring your energy, your ideas, and your love for sports and the outdoors.
