Job Description
Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc., is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Regional Parts Manager position in support of COD for the GA region. The Regional Parts Manager is responsible for coordinating the growth of all parts and supplies for the branches. This person is accountable for sales growth, margins, assisting with inventory and product management and coordinating all aftermarket activities, between TSM's Branch personnel, Dealers/contractors and the local reps. Position responsibilities may include:
Call on HVAC Dealers and Contractors. Also Training them on GSD's aftermarket Product offering Set strategic direction and management of execution of programs to Branch Managers and CSR's Work with and train branch personnel in support of aftermarket business.
This includes:
TM's, BM, CSR's and ROM's Responsible for through-the-shop and over-the-counter parts sales, cores, parts stocking, ordering, development of programs and implementation of corporate sponsored programs Responsible for developing and implementing sales plans for the aftermarket business to ensure attainment of both sales and margins objectives Work with local vendors and manufacturer's Representatives to provide support to branches and customer base Participate in additional projects to support ongoing business needs
Nature & Scope:
Applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience Manages projects and processes while working independently and with limited supervision Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex; takes a new perspective on existing solutions
Knowledge & Skills:
HVAC Product Knowledge Dealer/contractor knowledge Excellent sales knowledge, customer and relationship management skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Effective organizational and time management skills Understanding gross margin, P&L Excel and related computer skills
•MS Office Word, PowerPoint Effective collaboration and team building skills Ability to apply good judgement, strong work ethics and integrity on the job
Experience:
5
•10+ years in HVAC industry
Education/Certification:
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if experience is extensive

Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations. Must be able to travel multi-cities, including overnight travel
