Immediate need for an experienced Inventory Supervisor to oversee team and manage inventory for fast paced 3PL company. This position is full time, direct hire. Responsibilities Supervise daily inventory control activities, including cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations. Maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, and receiving variances. Analyze inventory adjustment reports and identify root causes of inventory issues. Coordinate and oversee physical inventories and customer audits. Monitor inventory transactions to ensure compliance with established procedures and customer requirements. Lead, train, coach, and develop inventory control associates. Partner with Receiving, Shipping, and Operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy throughout the supply chain. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred. 3+ years of inventory control experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or 3PL environment. 1-3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience. Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting tools. Experience conducting cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Experience within a third-party logistics (3PL) environment. Knowledge of apparel, footwear, retail, or consumer goods distribution.

SHIFT:

8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday w/ flexibility for extended hours if needed
