Position Overview:
The Service & Parts Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of service operations and spare parts management, ensuring responsive after-sales support and optimal parts availability. This role focuses on improving customer satisfaction, streamlining service workflows, and ensuring efficient parts logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage after-sales service operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Lead the spare parts department including inventory management, procurement, and distribution Develop and implement service KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement in response times and service quality Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to forecast demand and optimize stock levels Maintain compliance with service standards, safety regulations, and company policies Supervise, train, and motivate service technicians and parts personnel Drive cost-effective practices in both service and parts departments Support reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives related to service and parts
Qualifications:
